Imagine trusting yourself again.
Therapy for high-achieving women who are tired of analyzing every conversation, carrying everyone else's emotions, and living with a mind that rarely slows down.
Do any of these sound familiar?
You don't have to navigate it alone.
For so long, you've been focused on everyone else; what they need, how they're feeling, whether you're doing enough.
Now you're realizing there's a cost. You're tired of second-guessing yourself, absorbing everyone else's moods, and never quite feeling settled in your own mind.
This is where we start: Turning that same attentiveness you give everyone else back toward yourself. The space will be yours to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, learn how to reconnect with yourself, and create relationships (and a life) that feel more grounded, intentional, and peaceful.
What we work on together
A warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, at a pace tailored to your personal needs and goals.
Anxiety & overthinking
Practical tools you can actually reach for on the harder days, for a mind that replays conversations, catastrophizes small things, and won't quite switch off.
Burnout & overfunctioning
Support for women who give everywhere but themselves, and are ready to set healthier boundaries.
Relationship anxiety & attachment
Understand your attachment style and how it shapes dating, conflict, and closeness.
Self-trust & confidence
As your biggest cheerleader, I'm here to ask the questions you haven't thought to ask yourself yet. This challenges you to reflect, so your confidence is built on real self-understanding, not just reassurance.
People-pleasing
Learn to notice other people's feelings and moods without absorbing them as your own, so someone else's bad day doesn't have to become yours.
Root causes & family patterns
Trained as a family therapist, I help you trace relational patterns back to their roots, including ones passed down through generations, so you understand the why, not just the what.
Couples therapy
With a background in family and relational therapy, I also work with couples ready to understand their patterns, communicate more vulnerably, and rebuild their connection.
I recognize that many couples come to therapy after feeling like they've already tried everything else on their own, and that can feel scary. Showing up here often means admitting something isn't working, and that takes real courage, it's not lost on me. That said, my approach with couples tends to be even more directive and challenging than my individual work. I want to assure my education and experience do not mean those challenges push towards a specific standard. Instead, we explore together what actually works for the two of you, based on your own individual and personal needs. The space we create becomes one where I help you learn how not to lose connection through conflict, and how to meaningfully repair.
